23 Takehana

Great news for all you Japanese food lovers out there, here's a Japanese restaurant serving delicious ramen and rice which will leave your tummy super satisfied, introducing 23 Takehana Japanese Rice & Ramen Restaurant located at Auto-City, Penang. As I had the opportunity to shoot some of the dishes which will be up on the menu soon, here are just some of them which will be featured on today's post :) Enjoy!

First things first, 

here's a dish I got to fill my stomach with before the photoshoot, the Spicy Salmon Bento Set. (because I love love love Salmon!)
The set consists of salmon sashimi, semi-grilled spicy salmon, potato salad, chawanmushi, miso soup and hot steamed pearl rice. 

I love the extra kick on the semi-grilled salmon & how the whole combination of this set was just about right :)
This set can be found on the menu and costs MYR 30.

Alright, back to business. Here are some of the dishes which will be up on the menu soon, you don't want to miss these out!

Kani Mentai Roll

For all you weight-watchers, here's a dish you could consider, introducing the Spicy Salmon Salad :)

 The tenderness of the Salmon sashimi accompanied with the fresh & crunchy greens gives this dish a thumbs up.

Talk about eating healthy and still enjoying good stuff!

Here's a dish which has a fusion of both Western & Japanese on one plate, Napolitan Ramen.

For those who just want to eat and not bother about the calories, here's the Unagi Tofu Ankake. 

Burger fans out there, you might just love this! :) Here's the Wafu Hambagu. 

Japanese' version of hamburger. No buns, just patty. 

The accompanying sauce definitely made this juicy patty a whole lot tastier. 

The Maguro Tataki Ramen. 

These are raw tuna slices grilled just a little bit on the side served with spicy ramen. 

So fresh and so good!
